CREATIVE WELLBEING
WHY LEADING A LIFESTYLE OF CREATIVE WELLBEING:
Creative Wellbeing happens at the intersection of movement, imagination and creativity.
It nurtures intuition, self-expression, self-awareness and mind body connection as the key factors to ignite creativity and foster imagination.
Creative wellbeing puts sustainability at the core of everything we do. It gives us tools to live more consciously and to create positive change around us by integrating voice, body and nature.
Creative Wellbeing puts care at the centre of human relationships and it nurtures the development of much more democratic societies and communities.
Movement, reveals authenticity and trust between people. Hence, a lifestyle of Creative Wellbeing encourages connection and a sense of belonging to a community that is open to diversity and self-expression. And that is willing to respect and nurture the body and the mind.
BY LIVING CREATIVELY YOU WILL:

Discover new ways to honour your authenticity, use your own voice (as well as give voice to others) as you foster diversity and much more democratic, participative and inclusive environments and communities.

PAST EVENTS
I collaborated with creative and entrepreneur hubs and communities in Hong Kong and London to make the benefits of movement available to professionals that work in innovation and creativity.
I designed and co-organized events and talks that focused on unveiling and exploring the relationship between movement and creativity.
DIVERSITY MOVES! Fundraiser to support the London black women’s project
Embracing and celebrating diversity in movement through fitness and dance
Donation based online event via Zoom (19th June 2020) to recognize the diversity within our societies through the freedom of dance and fitness as we ease out of the Coronavirus lockdown. We have gone through months of unprecedented change, uncertainty and learnt to embrace adaptability. As we progressively go back to our social lives, we want to embrace acceptance by celebrating diversity in movement.
Movement is one of the purest forms of self-expression and a great reminder of how equality and diversity can go hand in hand.
All proceeds went to the London Black Women’s Project working to combat violence in BME and migrant women and girls in the UK and abroad.
MEET MOVE SHARE
Developed the MEET MOVE SHARE program, which offers a combination of movement and sharing sessions to unleash creativity and focus the mind at The Well Garden. These series of monthly private events are exclusive to Eat Work Art residents. A community of co-working spaces across London for creativity and innovation.
MEET MOVE SHARE sessions focus in the relationship between movement, embodiment and a positive mind. The first event was hold within the context of International Women's day. It consisted of a 30 minute Scaravelli yoga session followed by a friendly discussion on movement and creativity to honor International Women's Day. Scaravelli is a playful yet challenging form of Hatha yoga, created by Vanda Scaravelli. This is a practice that is a joyful and deeply rewarding way to open up perception and creativity.
INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY 2019. FINDING ONES VOICE
Co-organized a special workshop to celebrate World Refugee Day and International Yoga Day. This workshop delves into the challenging task of finding ones voice. This is particularly helpful to creative people, entrepreneurs and startups that are working in project ideas and businesses that want to make an impact and disrupt the status quo. The event is co-organized with The Well Garden and Yoga in Action. It includes a donation to OMpowerment project.
